Abstract
In recent yeas,virus have been increasingly recognized as important causes of foodborne diseases.Foodborne infections continue to occur all over the world,although measures have been taken to reduce bacterial contamination.Types,characteristics,transmission pathways as well as prevention and control strategies of foodborne virus were reviewed.Moreover,current research achievements on prevention and control of foodborne virus were also discussed.
