Necessity on Implementation of Conservation Tillage

Conservation tillage measures，as a kind of soil resources for sustainable development of farmland has received much concern.Progress of conservation tillage research in the new development situation was summarized，and its role in sustainable development，increasing farmers′ income security，accelerating rural construction，increasing crop yield，saving water and energy saving were analyzed.Existing problems of conservation tillage were put forward.
