Improved Design of Potato Cleaning and Peeling Machine

In order to solve problem that disposable peeling rate is not high in process of peeling potatoes，a potato cleaning and peeling machine was designed and a three-dimensional model of potato washing and peeling machine was established，which focused on peeling device and slag filtration cycle.The key components of the system were further optimized to design the potato peeling machine to achieve high efficiency and low consumption operation.The structure of equipment was suitable for peeling of potatoes in the south of China.It has advantages of good peeling effect，which can filter and recover waste produced in the process of potato peeling.It also has advantages of saving water resources and facilitating operation.
