Employment Influential Factors and Teaching Approach of Engineering Postgraduates in Agricultural Colleges

Employment of postgraduates is related to development and survival of discipline in training units.Combined with influential factors such as students′ characteristics，teaching staff and training mode in agricultural colleges，employment issues were scrutinized from perspective of university teaching.Teaching approaches to enhance teaching and training quality and employment competitiveness of engineering postgraduates were explored，from views of training orientation，curriculum system，teaching staff，assessment system and employment channels.
