Abstract

Change of leaf area index of cotton planted in newly reclaimed sandy land in Xinjiang was studied by random plot test.Results showed that the newly reclaimed sand land had no effect on leaf area index of cotton.Xinjiang（Southern）newly reclaimed sandy wasteland should choose adaptable No.47 cotton varieties.
