Abstract
Currently,effectiveness in English teacher training of Shaanxi rural elemantary education is not apprent.So on the basis of analyzing reasons for this phenomenon,according to actual condition of teacher training of Shaanxi rural elemantary education,design principle,evaluation subject,evaluation standard and concrete evaluation index were determined.In addition,evaluation system of effectiveness in English teacher training of Shaanxi rural elemantary education was built so as to improve comprehensive quality of rural English teachers and make English teacher training obtain actual effects.
