Application of Automatic Stoker in Chongqing Tobacco Area

In order to explore impact of different ways of adding coal on the baking cost，quality and effectiveness，automatic coal-fired furnace，old furnace modified coal-fired stove and conventional artificial coal-fired burners of baking were tested.Results showed that automatic stoker and face-lifting automatic stoker by old furnace has coal and electricity saving，reduce manual fire and reduce labor intensity of effect，compared with traditional artificial coal combustion，the baking cost respectively decreased by 25.71%，20.50%，the quality of tobacco increased by 6.08% and 5.70%，in addition，the average price of dry smoke increased of 1.23 to 1.31 yuan kg，its input-output ratio reached 1∶30.63，1∶14.52.
