Molding Temperature Field Distribution of Circular Mold of Straw Briquetting Based on Finite Element

  • Temperature difference of briquetting machine ring module is too high,and heating is not well distributed after molding.Combining with working conditions of briquetting,using Thermal module in ANSYS,temperature field of ring module briquetting was simulated,temperature field distribution at different time was analyzed and optimal design of forming device was analyzed.Results showed that optimized temperature tends to balance,temperature difference decreased obviously,after 20 minutes heating,temperature difference of circular mold reduced to 19.25 ℃.After optimization,temperature field of mold molding process along axial direction first increased,then fluctuated stable and finally decreased slowly,temperature difference of most regional of circular mold tended to ease,molding temperature of circular mold was more uniform.
