Construction Status，Problems and Suggestions of Quality and Safety System for Xinjiang Special Fruits

Special forest fruit industry is pillar industry of agricultural and rural economic development in southern Xinjiang.Quality and safety is not only the basis for development of fruit industry，but also an important guarantee for transformation and upgrading of special forest fruit industry in Xinjiang.Since the beginning of 21 century，special forest fruit industry in Xinjiang has undergone a change from ‘enlarging area，increasing production’ to ‘keeping the area，improving quality and increasing benefit’.However，quality and safety of Xinjiang special fruits still faced many problems，such as standard system was not perfect，the hazard was unclear，means of hazard analysis and risk control technology were relatively backward，as well as means of efficient real-time monitoring and early warning，back problems were lacked，which were resulted in the current ‘from orchard to table’ the whole chain of hazard control theories and technologies such as a serious shortage of fruit in order to achieve the quality of products，high quality and price mechanism had not been established.As a result，following suggestions were put forward，such as improving quality and safety standard system，inspection system and risk evaluation system of fruit detection as soon as possible，constructing fruit traceability management platform for big data，establishing and improving quality and safety traceability system，promoting fruit industry chain of law enforcement supervision system construction and accelerating construction of credit system with training system of fruit quality and safety.
