Optimized Design and Test of Continuous Mechanized Potato Peeling Machine

Structure characters of potato peeling machine were reviewed，and structure of brush of continuous potato peeling machine was optimized.Optimum technique parameters were got by single factor test and response surface test.When drum speed was 18 r/min，height difference of drum was 15 mm，and feed quantity was 39 kg/min，peeling result was the best at 80.93%.Results could provide theoretical reference for further research of potato peeling machine.
