Present Situation and Development Suggestion of Cultivation and Management of New-type Farmers

Cultivation of new type of farmer is important to construction of agricultural modernization in China.It has obvious public welfare，but it is also faced with many challenges in realizing farmers′ transformation from traditional agricultural cultivation to new professionalism.To solve these problems，government departments，agriculture-related enterprises and professional research institutions and other relevant stakeholders were needed to cooperate.Taking farmers training in Jinshan district of Shanghai as an example，on the basis of summing up experience，problems in training of farmers were pointed out，opinions and methods for training of new professional farmers were put out to provide reference for future training of new professional farmers.
