Rapid Determination of Sucrose Content in Sugarcane Juice by Near Infrared Spectrometer

In order to detect sucrose content in sugarcane juice quickly and conveniently，based on near-infrared spectrometer and liquid phase method，partial least squares（PLS）was used to establish calibration model of sucrose content in sugarcane juice.Results showed that calibration correlation coefficient（R），corrected root mean square error（RMSEC）and root mean square error（RMSEP）of the PLS model were 0.9617，0.237 and 0.263 respectively，and the predicted relative error was less than 5%.
