Abstract
Condenser is one of important parts in solar heating system.Sectional trough solar concentrator has wide application prospect because of its small wind resistance,low mirror height and high concentrated multiple.Three factors of installation height,condenser span and parabolic reflector in XY plane away from center line of end ordinate value b that affect focusing performance of sectional trough solar concentrator were analyzed in theory and experiment.Results showed that as span of condenser increased,condensing ratio would increase,after a certain span,concentration ratio basically remained unchanged.When condenser span and focal length were certain,with increased of b,concentration ratio also increased.When condenser installation height and b were certain,effect of span on concentration ratio was not obvious.Through analysis and calculation of test system,sectional trough solar concentrator could guarantee higher heat collection efficiency in achieving higher multiples.Research parameters could provide theoretical basis for further sectional trough solar concentrator design.
