Abstract
Impact mechanism was divided into light and heavy impact in industrial and agricultural practice.In order to solve problem of jamming and deviation of rock drill in process of barren hill development、mine exploitation and land reclamation,impact mechanism of WF100 hydraulic rock drill was taken as object of study and system simulation model was established.Performance parameters of light or heavy impact working condition of hydraulic rock drill both were obtained through system simulation.Under heavy impact condition,impact energy reached 77 J when equivalent diameter of orifice was 7 mm and system pressure was set to 12 MPa;impact energy reached 98.3 J when equivalent diameter of orifice was 7 mm and system pressure was set to 14 MPa.Under light impact condition,impact energy reached 42.5 J when equivalent diameter of orifice was 2.5 mm and system pressure was set to 12 MPa;impact energy reached 53 J when equivalent diameter of orifice was 2.5 mm and system pressure was set to 14 MPa.Research results could provide reference for design of impact mechanism of hydraulic rock drill,also provide technical guidance for anti jamming and ensure drilling efficiency when hydraulic rock drill work in different conditions.
