Transformation and Development of Traditional Agriculture to Modern Agriculture under Background of‘Internet +’

Development current situation of traditional agriculture was analyzed，and it was pointed out that ‘internet +’could promote development of agriculture to be intelligent，fine，efficient and ecological.For the constraints of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture，such as the lack of comprehensive planning，shortage of rural talents，imperfect infrastructure and lack of agricultural financial service system，measures of establishing macro planning mechanism，cultivating‘new farmers’，strengthening rural infrastructure construction and developing rural internet finance were put forward，so as to promote transformation and development of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.
