Abstract
Bacillus subtilis was selected to combine Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Lactobacillus acidophilus to treat soybean dregs by solid-state fermentation,so that the macromolecular protein in soybean dregs could be effectively degraded.The contents of small peptides and amino acids were increased,while anti-nutritional factors were eliminated.Many metabolites and probiotics produced by fermentation also had function of regulating intestinal health of animals.Application range and effect of soybean dregs in animal feed can be improved.
