Problems and Ways to Improve Food Safety Supervision in China

Food safety affects people′s lives and health，and plays an important role in stabilizing society and promoting economic development.In control of food safety，serious food safety accidents frequently happen，which seriously endangers public health and poses a threat to building of a harmonious society，and makes our country face extremely severe food safety problems.Therefore，food safety supervision is particularly important.Current food safety supervision system in China was expounded，problems exposed in process of safety supervision deeply were analyzed，and a series of suggestions on government supervision and management were put forward.
