Development Countermeasures of Rural Private Economy in Xi′an City under Mixed Ownership Reform

In recent years，under impetus of economic reform，rural private economy in Xi′an has also obtained certain development space.However，in process of development，problems of low operational efficiency and economic growth are often affected by uneven staffs and simple organizational structure.Therefore，it is necessary to study opportunities for development of private economy in process of economic development，change from root of economy，and adjust it from objective understanding and system，so as to mix development of ownership economy as starting point.Difficulties and problems faced in development of mixed ownership economy in rural areas of Xi′an were discussed.Positive role of mixed economy in Xi′an′s rural private economy was understood through analysis.Development opportunities of private economy in Xi′an rural areas under reform of mixed ownership system were studied，and its future development plan was understood in order to improve quality of mixed ownership economy.
