Evaluation of Ecological Efficiency in Resource-based Cities Taking Shandong Province as an Example

“13th Five-Year”is an important period of our country to achieve a well-off society，sustainable development of the city has become an important research topic under background of speed and level of urbanization is constantly improving.With the‘economy’as the reference object，sustainable development resistance of resource-based cities is greater.‘Ecological efficiency’focuses on the win-win of economic development and ecological improvement，which has made it an important indicator to measure realization of sustainable development strategy of the city.Based on the DEA（data envelopment analysis）model，combining the eco-efficiency assessment of 17 cities in Shandong province in the past 2011—2015 years，characteristics and changes of their eco efficiency were analyzed.
