Influence of Farmer′s Endowment on Response of Conservation Tillage Taking Liquan County of Shaanxi Province as an Example

Based on survey samples of 125 households in Liquan county of Shaanxi province，influence of individual endowment of farmers on response of conservation tillage was studied，and its policy implications were discussed.Results showed that promotion and improvement of farmers′ response to conservation tillage should take into account influence of main characteristics.Government should provide more guidance and financial support for conservation tillage promotion activities and technology research and development.
