Domestic and Foreign Current Situation and Development Trend of Seeding Mechanization in Maize Breeding

Modernization of maize breeding test system has become key factor for successful selection of new varieties.Mechanized sowing work can improve accuracy of test，speed up test process and improve efficiency.Domestic and foreign current situation of sowing mechanization in maize breeding was analyzed.Research types and current situation of corn precision plot seeder，especially seed metering device both in China and other countries were briefly introduced.Problems and development trends in development of maize breeding and sowing mechanization in China were put forward.
