Design Points of High-efficiency Water Saving Irrigation Projects in Hilly Area

Based on topography，climate characteristics and water resources conditions of hilly areas，problems that should be paid attention to in design of high efficient and water-saving irrigation in hilly areas were summarized.Water source engineering design，irrigation system design，irrigation mode selection，pipe material selection and pipe network layout were analyzed.Design points of high efficiency water saving irrigation project in mountain area were put forward，which could be used as reference for related engineering design.
