Cost Management and Control of Small Farmland Water Conservancy Projects

Projects of small irrigation and water conservancy were important sources of water resources in process of agricultural production.Measures to strengthen quality control in middle of construction task were summarized，and cost control，schedule target setting and safety management were discussed，factors that affect cost of project and minimized cost were analyzed，so as to ensure the best progress of agricultural production process.
