Status Quo and Prospects of Rainwater Storage and Water-saving Irrigation

China is a major agricultural country，improvement of utilization rate of water resources and sustainable development level is of great significance to increasing farmers′ income and agricultural development. Rainwater storage is an important way to utilize water resources.Significance，technique and effect of rainwater storage were summarized and analyzed，measures and prospects of developing rainwater storage and water-saving irrigation were put forward to provide theoretical reference for relevant research and practice.
