Reform of Teaching Mode of English Curriculum for Garden Specialty in Colleges and Universities

  • Characteristics of English courses for landscape architecture majors in Colleges and universities,current situation and problems of teaching mode of College English and professional English were analyzd.According to new edition of guide to college English teaching and teaching practice,implementation of multi-dimensional interactive teaching model,modular teaching model,autonomous learning model and mixed English teaching model in college landscape students' English class were explored in order to improve English learning motivation and rise to integration motivation,let students in a happy and rigorous classroom atmosphere to improve English classroom learning efficiency.Focusing on exploration and implementation of English classroom teaching mode for students majoring in this field,it was put forward that English classroom should pay attention to combination of students' English,garden professional knowledge and intercultural communicative competence,and cultivate students to be versatile talents with English,garden knowledge and intercultural communicative competence.
