Finite Element Analysis of Loosening-soil Shovel of Pneumatic Scarify Seeder

3D model of loosening-soil shovel of pneumatic scarify seeder was created by using SolidWorks，finite element model based on installing position and material was built，and finite element analysis on loosening-soil shovel was carried out with SolidWorks Simulation.Distortion，stress and security coefficient of loosening-soil shaft and tine point were obtained.Results showed that strength and stiffness of tine point and shovel shaft met design requirements.Results could provide reference for loosening-soil shovel design in future.
