Research Status and Development Prospect of Heat Pump Dryer

Heat pump system as an energy-saving device had been widely used in heating，cooling and dehumidification.In order to improve performance of heat pump system，many scholars had improved heat pump system and combined it with other mechanical devices，and achieved remarkable results and wide applications.A large number of experimental results showed that heat pump dryer could control drying temperature，relative humidity，product moisture content，drying speed，drying time and other factors to ensure product quality.Due to its low temperature drying characteristics，it is very suitable for food and agricultural products drying.
