Parameter Optimization of Threshing and Redrying Process in Tobacco Processing

In order to meet needs of Chinese-style fine cigarette and improve processing quality of threshing and redrying new line in Zunyi factory， threshing and redrying process parameters and tobacco lamina quality data at Zunyi factory was analyzed.And 3 key parameters were selected，process parameters of threshing and redrying new line at Zunyi factory were optimized by means of multi-index weight analysis and orthogonal design method.Research results showed that it could obviously improve cured tobacco quality when process parameters with 80 °water-added initiation at the back end，second-dozen electric motor 34 Hz and 30% of moisture regain mixing water .
