Management Current Status and Control Measures of Agricultural Water Conservancy Construction Cost

In construction of agricultural water conservancy projects，engineering cost is an important factor affecting project quality，project schedule control and project benefit.Problems of cost management and control in construction of agricultural water conservancy projects in China were analyzed，such as incomplete cost management system，lagging management means，incomplete cost performance appraisal system and so on.Management measures and suggestions for cost management were put forward to manage construction cost of agricultural water conservancy projects，and in view to provide reference for cost management of agricultural water conservancy projects.
