Bench Test on Header of Seed Corn-harvester

Level of seed corn harvest mechanization was low that had always been artificial in our country at present.In order to solve this problem，a header of corn-harvester was designed，orthogonal experiment based on three factors and three levels which included rotating speed of snapping roll，header height and harvest speed was conducted.Experimental results showed that header of seed corn-harvester had good harvest effect.Relationship between three factors and performance indicators were analyzed.Effect of indicators was best when speed of snapping roll was 800 r/min，harvest speed was 5 km/h and height of header was 600 mm.
