Optimization Fermentation Media of Biocontrol Bacillus cereus BQ-4 by Response Surface Methodology

  • Biocontrol Bacillus cereus BQ-4 strain which screened form the soil of plant rhizosphere was used as material and it′s fermentation medium was investigated by using single-factor and Box-Behnken design.The effects of sugar,patoto powder and (NH4)2SO4 were evaluated.Results showed that optimal concentrations of sugar,patoto powder and (NH4)2SO4 were 21.67、39.80 and 19.95 g/L.In this condition,endospore yeild of BQ-4 strain was 29.36×108 CFU/mL.
