Optimization of Agricultural Product Processing Engineering Course and Reform of Multidimensional Teaching Model

  • Agricultural product processing engineering is the core course of agricultural engineering major,which has the prominent characteristics of combining theory with practice.According to the requirement of ability and quality of engineering talents training,students′ understanding and expectation of the course through questionnaires were inuestigated and analyzed,and optimum design scheme of the course content was put forward.By means of multi-dimensional display of teaching content,the“JITT+CBL”teaching mode was established and practical exploration and research were carried out.The reform results and problems were summarized,which promoted course construction of agricultural product processing engineering and improvement of cultivation ability of agricultural engineering students.
