Construction of Rural Professional Farmers′ Training System under New Situation

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of Party has pointed out that in order to implement strategy of rural revitalization，the key to rural revitalization was to cultivate new professional farmers.High-quality modern new farmers are main force to actively develop modern agriculture and promote construction of new socialist countryside.In current new situation，training of new-type professional farmers was relied on，further education of farmers was strengthened，cultivation of agricultural scientific and technological personnel and rural practical personnel was promoted，new-type professional peasants was casted，and realization of agricultural modernization was promoted.Connotation of new-type professional peasants was firstly pointed out，important significance of training new-type professional peasants was disscussed，and construction measures of rural professional peasants′ training system under new situation were finally put forward.
