Effects of Endophytic Bacteria on Root Growth of Huanghuazhan Rice

Endophytic bacteria in seeds have diverse biological functions，which could affect growth and development of roots.Effects of 3 endophytic bacteria on Huanghuazhan′s root activity，enzyme activity，fresh weight and dry weight were analyzed by sand culture experiment.Results showed that effects of 3 endophytic bacteria on root fresh weight / dry weight，root activity and SOD/POD/CAT enzyme activity of Huanghuazhan were not identical，but all of them had positive effects on whole，effect of strain OH2 was the best.
