New normal economy is a manifestation of contemporary social economy，which has created inspiration and ideas for combination of rural tourism development and cultural creativity.Under new normal economic background，combination of the two could bring fresh vitality to rural tourism.Combination of the two was analyzed and corresponding suggestions were provided.
