Measures to Support Migrant Workers Return Home to Start Businesses under Background of Urbanization

Encouraging migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses could promote development of new urbanization.Migrant workers return home to start businesses is on a growing scale，however，policy barrier and environment for migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses are yet to be optimized.Status quo and influencing factors of migrant workers return home to start their own business were analyzed，some countermeasures to support migrant workers to return home and start their own business under background of new urbanization were put forward，that could provide theoretical reference for improving success rate of migrant workers′ entrepreneurship，promoting rural population′s employment and improving level of agricultural development.
