Test of Soil Electrochemical Sterilization for Meloidogyne incogita Chitwood in Cucumber Soil

Experiments were conducted with electrochemical sterilization to study changing of Meloidogyne incogita Chitwood in soil of Paotai town，Dalian city，Liaoning province.Results showed that extension of power time could improve effect of electric treatment on killing Meloidogyne incogita Chitwood in soil effectively，when electrification time was extended to 6 min，number of Meloidogyne incogita Chitwood in soil and cucumber roots were close to zero，and both quantity and output of cucumber after electrical treatment had increased than before.
