Research Progress on Resource Utilization of Spent Mushroom Substrate

With rapid development of edible fungi industry，resource utilization of edible fungus chaff has attracted wide attention.Abandonment or burning of fungus chaff not only wastes resources，but also threatenes ecological environment of surrounding areas.Basic characteristics of edible mushroom bran and status quo of its resource utilization were explored，existing problems in its development were analyzed，feasibility and future development trend of its resource tilization were clarified，and a theoretical basis for its further development was prorided.
