Countermeasures for Coordinated Innovation and Development of Rural E-commerce Industry Clusters：Taking Rural Areas of Shaanxi Province as an Example

E-commerce is an emerging industry and plays a key role in changing people′s lifestyles.However，in most rural areas，it′s still in initial stage of development，and its strength is relatively weak.Therefore，it′s necessary to build a relatively stable cluster system through industrial clusters and effectively enhance competitiveness of industrial clusters.In the process of industrial cluster development，it′s necessary to continuously innovate，expand cooperation areas，and strengthen management of technologies and talents.Taking rural areas of Shaanxi province as an example，some reasonable suggestions for cluster innovation were put forward.Significance，structure and formation of innovation were analyzed.Guidance for coordinated development of e-commerce industry clusters in rural areas were provided.
