Abstract
With development of globalization of higher education,great changes have taken place in the model for undergraduate education.To understand receptivity of students about bilingual courses and students′ views and suggestions on bilingual courses,the teaching team conducted a questionnaire survey on students majoring in food science and engineering about the bilingual course of Technology of Aquatic Product Processing.Through the research and analysis of the questionnaire,some experience in teaching were gained.Meanwhile,some suggestions were made based on the current situation of teaching,which could provide theoretical and practical basis for effective development of bilingual courses in the future.
