Design of Small Automatic Green Soybean Peeling Machine

Aiming at time-consuming and hard of artificial peeling of green soybean，a small fully automatic green soybean peeling machine was designed.It was driven by electric motor and mainly composed of frame，vibrating feeding mechanism，roller shelling device and screening mechanism.Feeding mechanism was driven by an independent vibration motor.Roller and screening mechanism were driven by the same motor.Power was transmitted to screening mechanism by V band，and passed through two stage V belt and gear to roller.Experiment showed that green soybean peeling machine could run smoothly and reliably，success rate of peeling beans reached 95%，and breakage rate was below 5%.
