Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Shoot-producing Bamboo and Seeding Industriulization

Terminal buds，lateral buds and roots of some kinds of shoot-producing bamboo like Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro were taken as explants，adventitious buds were successfully induced by tissue culture，after rapid propagating，complete and virus-free plants were obtained.Results showed that explants sterilization success rate was as high as 78%.Optimal medium for adventitious buds induction was MS+6-BA3.0+IBA0.2+NAA0.1，optimizing medium for subculture multiplication was MS+6-BA2.0+IBA0.2+NAA0.1，and subculture multiplication factor was up to 2.32，rooting rate was 91% and transplanting survival rate was 93%，is could provide an effect way for rapid propagation of virus-free shoot-producing bamboo seedlings.
