Existed Issues and Related Solutions about Construction，Management and Maintenance of Small Size Farmland Hydraulic Engineering

In order to promote sustainable development of agricultural economy，characteristics of small-scale farmland water conservancy projects were expounded，in view of problems existing in construction and management of small-scale farmland water conservancy，countermeasures were proposed，which included establishing a sound management mechanism and supervision mechanism，introducing a competitive mechanism to improve project construction work，strengthening management and maintenance of existing projects，strengthening personnel training and technology promotion and increasing investment.
