Development and Optimization of Rural Economic in Xianyang City of Shaanxi Province from Perspective of Supply Side

In 2017，the Central Economic Leading Group issued the Central Document No.1 to further interpret importance and urgency of China's agricultural supply-side reform.Under new situation，rural economic development would make considerable progress and create conditions for optimizing agricultural production and improve degree of mechanization based on the supply-side perspective.In face of current economic downward pressure of such a large realistic development situation，China's rural economic development mode must focus on issues of agriculture，countryside and farmers to achieve industrial restructuring of rural economy and vigorously develop characteristic agriculture.Based on development of rural economy in Xianyang area of Shaanxi province，existing problems and optimization strategies of rural economic development in future were explored.
