Reform and Practice on Composite Applied Talent Cultivation Model in Hunan Agricultural University

With the aim of cultivating complex applied talents，a series of reforms have been carried out in the areas of building talent training system，talent training system，and talent training work system by selection and establishment of Chunyun Modern Agricultural Experimental Class in rural regional development specialty.Results showed that model reform has achieved remarkable results in students practical skills，innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness，morality，intelligence，physical and mental health，and labor.In particular，collaborative cultivation and the management and agriculture double degree training model played a particularly prominent role in training process of composite applied talents，and could be used for reference.
