Innovation of rural land circulation system is an important guarantee for the construction of agricultural intensive，specialized，organized and socialized management.Taking Qianshan Manor in Zhenping county of Ankang city as an example，the mode of land circulation，and the advantages of land circulation of Qianshan Manor were analyzed.On this basis，the management idea of intensive management and industrialization of Qianshan Manor were put forward.
