Innovative Design for Round Baler Based on TRIZ Theory

It is necessary to stop machine to continue action of bundling and unloading，after winding of round baler，which results in high fuel consumption and low work efficiency. In order to solve these problems，system function analysis method and causal analysis method in TRIZ theory were used to analyze the problems and find out causes. Innovate design of round baler was carried by using matter-field model and physical contradiction tools，and design schemes to improve working efficiency of round baler，that of without stopping，were put forward.
