Test and Optimization Design of Green Soybean Automatic Peeling Machine

  • Green soybean has rich nutrition and tastes delicious,but time-consuming and laborious peeling has hindered development of green soybean industry.Research status of green soybean automatic peeling machine was expounded.In order to verify performance of peeling device,orthogonal test was carried out by using feeding hole diameter,roll seam and sorting screen angle as experimental indexes.Results showed that the most important affecting factor of peeling was roll seam,second was sorting screen angle,third was feeding hole diameter.The optimum condition was that feeding hole diameter of 6 cm,roll seam of 1 mm,and sorting screen angle of 5 degrees.Optimum scheme and its remarkable social benefit of green soybean automatic peeling machine were put forward.
