Flood Occurrence Regularity of Zijiang River Basin in Taojiang County of Hunan Provinee and Reflection on Developing Disaster Avoidance Agriculture

Agricultural economic characteristics，meteorological characteristics and regularity of natural disasters in Zijiang river basin of Taojiang were briefly analyzed，in view of phenomenon of high frequency of floods occurred in recent ten years，overall design plan and measures for development of disaster avoidance agriculture in Zijiang river valley of Taojiang county were put forward.
