Research Status of Hybrid Rice Seed Drying Technology for Breeding

High-quality hybrid rice seeds are important guarantee for high yield of rice.Seed germination rate is one of the factors directly affecting the yield of hybrid rice.Drying process has the greatest influence on quality and germination rate of hybrid rice seeds for breeding，so choosing a reasonable drying technology is an important means to ensure germination rate of seeds.Research status of rice seed drying characteristics by domestic and foreign scholars were discussed，common drying techniques were compared and analyzed，in order to provide a basis for selection of reasonable drying plan for hybrid rice seeds for breeding.
